UPDATE: Sadly, like with so many things during COVID-19, Cancervive made the decision to change this year's ride from a 4-day ride in Osoyoos to a one-day ride in Banff on the Bow Valley Parkway. I am still super excited to ride on September 26th and support Cancervive and Wellspring Calgary. I have been doing a lot of training this spring and summer and I have almost reached a personal goal of 2,000km on training rides since the beginning of May.
Cancer is NOT cancelled and now more than ever, Wellspring Calgary still needs our support.
I am cycling to support those living with cancer and their caregivers. Did you know 58 people a day are diagnosed with cancer in Alberta? Wellspring Calgary is a charitable organization that supports, informs and empowers anyone diagnosed with any type of cancer, their caregivers and their families. They offer a comprehensive range of evidence-informed programs and resources free of charge and without referral, all under the vision that no one should have to face cancer alone.
Every dollar makes a difference in the lives of someone living with cancer. Please consider supporting me in my efforts to have a positive impact on someone's life.
Thank you for supporting me and supporting programs and services for Wellspring Calgary.
